Stevia is a sweetener made from the stevia plant with virtually no caloric value and negligible effect on bloog glucose levels.
An analysis of the World Health Organization shows that this product is safe, and noted that there is evidence that it might even be beneficial for diabetics with hypertension.
It is a natural product, as opposed to Splenda or Sucralose which is a chlorinated sugar molecule that has been shown in some animal studies to adversely affect various organs of the body.
